No prior experience is required — just the willingness to challenge yourself and grow.

  • Amaru’s one-on-one coaching offers a truly unique approach, focusing not only on improving physical performance but also on enhancing mental resilience. Unlike traditional coaching methods that focus solely on physical or mental development, Amaru integrates both simultaneously. This holistic approach ensures that every aspect of your growth — whether physical endurance, strength, or mental clarity — is supported and strengthened in parallel.

    Through personalized sessions, you’ll build both physical capacity and mental toughness, addressing your body’s needs while simultaneously working on shifting mental barriers and strengthening focus. This dual approach ensures lasting results, as improvements in physical performance directly complement and fuel mental growth, and vice versa.

  • The moment you decide to start your 1:1 Coaching with Amaru, your progress becomes Cassandra’s priority, ensuring you feel heard, seen, and understood in every way. Each training plan is thoughtfully crafted to align with your focus area(s) and goals, continuously adapting based on your progress and evolving needs. As you move forward, you’ll always have access to guidance and support — whether it’s clarifying a technique, answering questions, or offering encouragement when you need it most.

  • Coaching begins with a four-week foundational phase, including four one-hour online sessions to establish a strong base. After this foundational month, we can discuss whether continuing with four sessions per month or transitioning to two sessions per month will best support your momentum and ongoing progress.

    While there’s no long-term commitment required, a six-month journey is recommended for meaningful and lasting results. This structure allows for continuous adaptation, creating space for sustainable growth and development.
